In 2020, Solar Decathlon Design Challenge jurors recognized SunBlock Elementary with an Honorable Mention and The Loop, a mixed-use multifamily development, with a First Place award.

Two more 2020 Solar Decathlon finalist projects explored the possibility of Climate Positive building: Casa Donante, a single-family house, and Barrio 2.0, a flexible additional dwelling unit (ADU) designed to fit in most Tucson backyards.
