Camino Verde urban single-family housing 2021

Each ADU is a comfortable, affordable home for a Tucson resident. Savings on rent translates to supporting family and the community. In a historically gentrified neighborhood, the Camino Verde ADUs flips the conception of new development in Menlo Park. The Camino Verde green way paired with the accessory dwelling units have the transformative potential to revitalize the area and give back to the city. The occupants experience a unique organically formed micro community within their own neighborhood. This project offers new building possibilities for the city of Tucson.
