The Avenue... multifamily building 2022

The Avenue seeks to restore historical Tucson values to the Miracle Manor neighborhood. The project uses the combination of color, landscape, and gathering space to create a mixed-use residential and commercial habitat for low-income families. The Avenue seeks to inspire creativity among its residents through connection to Tucson's culture and strong relationship to nature. Not only does The Avenue advocate for quality living and economic opportunity, but also strives to educate the community about Tucson's past, present, and future.
